Irene was exceptional. She gave us a tremendous overview of the city. Being a history scholar allowed her to provide context to her stories and answer most questions we asked. She walked at a great pace and we made a lot of ground together. She also provided good dining recommendations for the rest of our trip. I would encourage taking this tour early in your Edinburgh trip so you can get ideas for the rest of the trip.

James is an outstanding guide. He is a highly personable man. James is full of energy and very knowledgeable. He was great at engaging our teen girls w a bit British or iPhone humour and listening to Taylor Swift in the car ride for them and offering headpillows for when they wanted to nap during the rides. We would use him again without hesitation. Highly recommend!
