Ross was fantastic! His tour offered something for everyone in our family. Extremely personable and a fountain of information on the history of Scotland, including assorted myths and stories. Very comfortable van for travel during the full day tour. Ross was always attentive to our personal needs/preferences and was able to show us a variety of sites in a relaxed, non-rushed manner. Wonderful tour. Ross is an absolutely outstanding tour guide. He is personable; included each member of our family in the conversations; provided insightful history and commentary on the areas that we toured; was flexible in terms of our interests in seeing a particular set of sites. He arrived on time, and packed a wealth of information, sites, eating places and culture into the busy day while patiently allowing us to focus on our interests along the way.
