Hi, my name is Lesley and it is a pleasure to meet you. I am deeply passionate about Scotland and all things Scottish and I am very proud and privileged to be able to share my beautiful country with visitors from all over the world. I have been working as a tour guide since early 2017 having previously worked as a Police Officer, a job that took me across the lengths and breadths of the country and afforded me the opportunity to learn so much along the way. I am a keen amateur photographer and never tire of photographing this wee country that I live in. There are so many wonderful, wild and mysterious places in Scotland and I would love to be able to share them with you. From the castles and architecture in our ancient cities to the vast expanse of wilderness in our hills and glens, there really is so much to see and explore all with their own myths and folklore. It would be my honor to show you the sights of this amazing wee country, and leave you with memories that will last a lifetime, with lots of fun and laughs along the way. I am a retired Scottish Police Officer and have been a guide since 2017. SITOA Member (Scottish Independent Tour Operators Association) Please note; I am not a licensed guide and will not be able to guide you inside of historical monuments. I can, however, accompany you inside and provide a brief overview.

I will collect you from the cruise port or hotel and from there we will travel to the magnificent Stirling Castle. On arrival, you will be free to roam and take in your surroundings. I will be available to show you the way, or you can pick up the official tour of the castle. Next, we will make our way through the Trossachs to the outskirts of the town of Callander to meet my favorite characters, the lovable hairy Highland Coo's, Hamish Dhu, and his wife Honey, and their adoptive son Baxter (who are always happy to pose for a photo in return for a carrot or two). There is also an opportunity for you to pick up some souvenirs at the Woolen Mill shop if you choose. The last stop with be Helix Park, home of The Kelpies. These impressive equine statues stand 100ft tall and are the largest of their kind in the world.
Leslie was amazing. Before our tour, she worked with us to plan a great, customized mix of visits for our time together. She was a pleasure to spend the day with. She readily shared her knowledge and enriched each of our stops. Throughout the day, she was flexible and adapted to our interests. Her car was clean and well maintained and she was an excellent driver. We could not have asked for a better day outside of Edinburgh!
Lesley is a treasure! Our group of four women recently had a fantastic full day tour with her we won't ever forget. From the moment she picked us up at our hotel door until our sweet goodbyes at the end, Lesley made us feel wonderfully special and taken care of. A Stirling Castle tour, some coos, a loch, a wee bit of whiskey tasting, and more...... She packed in so much in a day full of laughter and surprises. Leslie is a fantastic driver, and her van is comfortable and even equipped with water & snacks. She had an unending supply of;y of information, history, and stories to share, was flexible with our requests, and kept us smiling and laughing the whole time. Lesley was great, knowledgeable, and patient. We were instantly old friends. She was quite patient with our two precocious lads who have a long way to go on social graces. We will see if we can catch her again ahead of retirement.

We had an AMAZING day with Lesley! She was super friendly, funny, and such a great guide of the area. She was accommodating for our goals for the day, while also keeping an eye on time to get us back to the boat on time. I'm so glad we got to spend the day with Lesley!
Lesley was our tour guide for our day to view more of the beauty of Scotland. Her contagious smile and friendly disposition won us over in no time. Her knowledge and thoughtfulness made our tour destination and our day an absolute delight. She had a basket of snacks ready in case we wanted something (which I enjoyed:)) She had also prepared a bit of Scottish whiskey samples for us to taste along with some shortbread cookies. Our day was wonderful. We will remember Lesley and this tour with great fondness.
