I am a friendly and experienced Blue Badge Guide. I own a V Class Mercedes and can take groups of up to four people. I am a Blue Badge Guide, and I have spent eighteen years working as a guide in London and England. I have a history degree, and an MA (London Studies). Marcus was amazing. We learned more than ever expected about Kings and the history of England. If you ever need to pick a tour guide pick Marcus. Spending time at the Tower of London was great. Next time we visit England we hope to have the opportunity to spend more time with Marcus.

We had such a great day with Marcus! I’m so glad we booked this tour. Marcus was very knowledgeable and fun to be with. This was our first time in London, and we can’t wait to come back! Right from the start Marcus reached out before our trip to coordinate with us. He asked if there was anything specific we wanted to accomplish with him. I told him it was our first time in London and we were open to his suggestions. Also told him what other tours we had planned. He suggested we start with the abbey and told me where to get tickets and for what time. We were prepared before we left for our trip. On the day of our tour Marcus picked us up from our hotel right on time. We had a fantastic day! He was so much fun! He helped us coordinate lunch. We saw everything we hoped to see and more. I would recommend Marcus and this tour to anyone and everyone! Great experience!
This was our first tour through Tours by Locals. Our tour guide Marcus exceeded our expectations. He is extremely knowledgeable. He taught us a lot about the local area and its historical landmarks. He is friendly and made our day quite enjoyable. Marcus and this tour rates 10.
Marcus was a wonderful tour guide for our first visit to London. He listened to our wishes and created a great itinerary for our small group. We are so glad we combined the half day tour (with ride from Heathrow) and a full day tour. I highly recommend Marcus for anyone who enjoys history and a British sense of humor.
Marcus was great! My girlfriend and I spent two full days and he was a wealth of knowledge. I would highly recommend a tour with Marcus. He logistically helped us plan our day and tweak it to our wants and needs.
