Rachel made our first visit to London unforgettable! We learned so much about the city’s fascinating history, and she took us to every location we requested. By the end of the day, she felt like an old friend. As a certified black taxi driver, Rachel knows London like the back of her hand, and watching her navigate the city was amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. We would absolutely book with her again the next time we’re in London!

There were 6 of us. Rachel got to know our names quickly and had extensive knowledge of relevent history of all things British. She also mixed humor and flow into stories to keep things interesting. She picked a good local place for lunch. We were very impressed with her skills.

I booked this tour for myself and a family member who had never been to London. Rachel was so kind, knowledgeable, funny and we had the best day! I was so impressed with Rachel’s communication with us long before the tour to ensure that the tour she put together met our expectations. She also ran through her prospective itinerary with us when she picked us up and we were able to fine tune some adjustments. Her black cab was spacious and comfortable, she is an excellent driver and her knowledge of all 23,000 streets in London ensured that we got around easily. After 8 hours we had touched on so many diverse sections of the city and lived 2,000 years of history. I would re-book with Rachel in a heartbeat and as a traveler who has been to London many times I was blown away by all I learned. As Rachel says, “everyday is a school day!” Cheers Love :)

Rachel M. Is Brilliant. If you want to have one of the best days of your life with a knowledgeable guide who puts you first please choose Rachel. Her infectious quest for even more information than her vast scope of the history of London is displayed when on a dime she can take you to a place that she knows will specifically fit your interests. She is insightful. Meanwhile you are seeing all the things you wanted. In addition you are comfortably seated in a famous London Black Cab. We fell in love with London on this trip because Rachel showed us so many of the neighborhoods and features that make London so special. Rachel is a London native who knows the city like the back of her hand. She took the time to ask us (ahead of time) what we were looking for in a tour and she personalized it beautifully. She is a certified London Black Taxi driver and it took her 3-1/2 years to learn what she needed to know about London in order to qualify for the taxi license. It paid off as she avoided most of the big traffic queues and used the side streets to move us around efficiently. She is knowledgeable and delightful and we recommend her highly!
