Hi, my name is Tom and I am a proud Londoner. I was born and grew up in Camden Town, the product of Irish parents who arrived in the 1950s. I am a family man and have both children and grandchildren. My hobbies include walking and reading, usually about history, and I am interested in all sport but particularly football. I completed the world famous 'Knowledge of London' and qualified as a Professional London Black Cab Driver back in 1999. For me, London is an ongoing love affair and I am constantly seeking to extend my knowledge. I qualified as a London Taxi Tour Guide with the Worshipful Company of Hackney Carriage Drivers in 2018, and I have recently graduated as a Clerkenwell and Islington Tour Guide as well. I consider it a privilege to show you my city which has over 2000 years of history, and I can offer you a tour adapted entirely to your interests. We can take in any or all of the classics but you may prefer to explore a little off the beaten track and see some of the rarely visited but no less interesting places.
