Rafal was flexible and thorough in designing our day-long tour in Edinburgh. He took into consideration our interests and also kept in mind our physical abilities as older clients. We loved our tour, especially some hidden gems. We walked just enough without overdoing it. Personally we totally enjoyed Rafal. He was charming and personable. We felt we really got to know him during the day and appreciated his leadership, creativity, concern for our safety, and organization. We loved Edinburgh and only wished that we had more time to spend with Rafal to visit other sites.

We loved our day in Edinburgh. Rafal geared it to our 18 year old grandson, which was our reason for coming to Scotland. We got a great feel for Edinburgh’s history and also current links to things like Harry Potter. We were not rushed and it was a pleasant day. Rafal is very informative and well versed in all things Edinburgh. Our Scotland trip was all we hoped it would be.

Rafal was incredible. From the very beginning, his communication was excellent. Before the tour, he asked about our interests so he could tailor the experience to us. I mentioned our love of history and Harry Potter, and he absolutely delivered. Before we even met in person, he answered other non-tour related Edinburgh questions. Very quick to respond and very helpful. The tour was extremely organized and thoughtfully planned. He dove deep into Edinburgh’s history while also including plenty of Harry Potter locations, not just the standard tourist spots. You could tell he had really done his research. Definitely a Ravenclaw! Having a cab made the experience even better because he could park in places only taxis are allowed, which made getting around the city much easier and more efficient. What I appreciated most, though, was how considerate and accommodating he was regarding my wife’s disability. Because of her epilepsy, we can’t venture too far from the car in case she has a seizure. Rafal was incredibly thoughtful throughout the tour, regularly checking in with questions like, “Are you OK with about 10 minutes of walking?” or “Would you like me to park closer?” He always gave us options and made sure we were comfortable. Rafal truly made the experience feel personal and catered to our needs. We will absolutely be booking with him again on future visits.

This was perfect for my mom who has trouble walking long distances. Rafal offered his arm to stabilize her whenever we were walking and answered all her questions. He really catered to her which is what we wanted. We were in a taxi so able to park easily and close to points of interest. Lovely tour included a stop in Dean, walk through the castle, and lunch together. Highly recommend!
