What a wonderful 2023 it has been sharing my homeland with travellers from all over the world. I am a true Northern Irish person born and bred here and delighted to share my homeland with you. I am a local accredited guide experienced in working as a step-on-guide for visiting coaches to the top attractions namely Belfast City (warts and all), Giants Causeway, Antrim Coast, Armagh - St Patrick's chosen city and more! I am a country girl living on a working farm with my husband and enjoy traditional cooking using local produce. Love rural traditions, folklore and music and enjoy an odd glass of Guinness! Love to travel "off the beaten track" and step into those parts of Ulster where the landscape is dominated with small working farms and traditional villages. A great opportunity to meet the locals and enjoy homemade food. These hidden places also reveal much of our Celtic heritage with tranquil standing stones and hill forts dotted all around. Knowing the countryside and its past allows us to enjoy a stroll down some of the narrow lanes leading to pre-famine tumble down homesteads. Irish Linen is still manufactured locally here - more automated than in 19th century but still a well sought after cloth in use today on many dining room tables. Having lived through "the troubles" of Northern Ireland many visitors are keen to follow the colourful politics of this land through the modern picture books - wall murals. An interesting tour capturing our past and present. The University of Life has left me with a lot to talk about! Come and join me in a lively interactive tour. See you soon? GREAT NEWS FOR 2022 - I NOW HAVE A TOTAL OF 30 AUDIO WHISPERS FOR WALKING TOURS SO EVERYONE GETS THE MESSAGE! Qualified Blue Badge Guide (Level 4)for all of Northern Ireland also Board Failte Local Guide. Member of BRITISH GUILD OF TOURIST GUIDES AND APPROVED TOURIST GUIDES OF IRELAND

Step out into the rolling hills of County Armagh and discover the City which St Patrick chose as the Centre for the Christian church in Ireland. Today two fine cathedrals, both called St Patricks decorate two of the hilltops in this ancient City. Enjoy a countryside shaped by the Ulster Plantation, small rural villages with historical ruins of castles, manor houses and stately homes. Proud of its Armagh Bramley apple the orchards play a big part in farming in the area today. South of the City of Armagh stand the rough rugged hills with landscape sheltering ancient burial cairns and standing stones. The people of rural Northern Ireland have a very warm, shy and charming welcome for all visitors to their homeland.

Belfast Cruise Ship Dock is a small part of the overall commercial Port of Belfast City. Visitors simply step off their ship through a reception terminal and out to where Guides, Drivers etc are waiting for their visitors. I will carry a sign with your name to identify myself.
