Hello, I'm Ewan and I'd love to be your local guide when you visit Pembrokeshire and West Wales. I was raised in a small village called Eglwyswrw and I'm a native Welsh speaker. I've been lucky enough to guide visitors around Pembrokeshire and West Wales full time for the last 5 years. I live near the seaside town of Newport, which is only a 15 minute drive from the port of Fishguard. I was previously a Ranger for the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority, so I have a real passion for the area and I'd love to share this with you. I'm often out on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, or up in the Preseli Hills exploring new routes. My tours provide a chance to see the major attractions sites in Pembrokeshire but I'll also make sure you get a "locals" feel too. Don't be surprised if I stop and talk to people in Welsh on our journey and I'll be sure to take you away from the large crowds so you get a real Welsh perspective of the area. Overview of your Fishguard tour
On this tour we visit some of the oldest sites in Wales if not the UK. Pentre Ifan Buriel Chamber is over 5, 000 years old and is one of the most famous standing stone sites, the largest Megalithic structure in Pembrokeshire. We then move through the ages on our tour and visit the Parish of Nevern, St Brynach's 13th Centuary Church. The church is named after Saint Brynach the founder of this church, who was a deciple of St Davids (the Patriot Saint of Wales) Castell Henllys Iron Age Fort is the next stop, where you will see how the Celtic Tribes lived some 2, 500 years ago. Entering these large roundhouses we will learn how the Celtic tribes survied, hunted and lived without Wifi!! Having grown up in this area and visited these sites since I was a child, I can really share some exciting stories and provide you with fun facts that you just don't find in the guide books. Listen to me speaking Welsh to the locals and I'll make sure that you finish the tour having learnt a few words whilst we go along!

Our comfortable 8 seater Ford Tourneo Custom is fully air conditioned and is raised, so passengers are able to enjoy the views. The vehicle is fully inspected and licensed as a Private Hire vehicle by Pembrokeshire County Council. New Health & Safetly measures have been added due to Covid 19 and we are all passengers to sanitize their hands prior to entry and after each stop. The vehicle is deep cleaned before and after each tour.
