The team of Robert and Brian were so good to us. We saw so much of London, and having Robert in the back of cab with us gave us a much better opportunity to ask questions. Brian sure knows his way around London. Great tour package, recommend it to alone who wants to see at a high level so much of London and Robert asked us so many questions in the first 20 minutes of the tour, he was able to customize so much of tour during our time with him.
Rob was passionate about history and was a fabulous storyteller. We had the best time with him.

Our all-day tour with Robert and Brian was absolutely fantastic and one of the highlights of our trip to London. From the very beginning, it felt less like a formal tour and more like spending the day with old friends. Both guides were incredibly knowledgeable about London and Westminster, and they shared that knowledge in a way that was engaging, conversational, and easy to understand. They were also extremely accommodating to our requests and made a genuine effort to get to know us throughout the day. That personal touch made the experience feel unique and memorable. We were especially grateful for how they included our young daughters—encouraging them to ask questions, make observations, and really be part of the experience. That meant a lot to us as a family. If you’re visiting London, we highly recommend this tour. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Robert and Brian again and look forward to seeing them on a future trip!
OMGOSH this was the BEST decision of our London stay. We had 2 full days with Rob the Magnificent and driver Brian the Great. Seriously, we saved so much time and anxiety by being in a taxi that can park just about anywhere. Rob was inspirational and his London knowledge extraordinary. I know there are way too many adjectives in this review, but needs must. Please, if you’re considering a day tour in London, this is it. We actually booked two days, and I can say we could have had 3. Other private guides were coming up and shaking Rob’s hand. He had had his own taxi business but then went on to teach new taxi drivers. Simply the best 🎶 was what they all were saying and we agree. Thank you Rob and Brian. You made two old Aussies very happy.
