"OUTSTANDING! We had a terrific half day with him and got to see so much." Only got a half-day to see London's big sights and immerse yourself in history & culture? Want to experience as much as possible, feel oriented, discovering on the go with a personalised tour? Family-friendly fun for all ages, this tested tour visits iconic London locations so you can get those vacation shots to treasure as you make great memories. En route you'll get tons of tips for later, for museums, shopping, food/drink etc. Got kids? I'll give you as much (or little!) history as you like as we enjoy the best views. See Buckingham Palace and the big sights you'd expect (see itinerary) but I'll show you some offbeat stuff too. There'll be a few smiles and surprises - truth really is stranger than fiction when it comes to British history! Tue-Sun usually visits foodie-heaven Borough Market with delis, food stalls etc - a great spot to finish (AM) or start (PM). Changing of the Guard: 10. 30am Su/Mo/We/Fr Horses: 4pm daily
Hit 'Ask Me a Question' for easy contact. There is a lot of walking but I can adapt for you to use bus/tube/cab. Walk by classic sights and ride a bus/Tube between the two sections - you travelled the city like a real Londoner! Mornings typically begin at Green Park for the guard change finishing at Borough Market for lunch (closed Mons) or a historic pub. Westminster walking: Buckingham Palace Parliament Westminster Abbey Nelson's Column A chance to stand near the King's Redcoats (guards) Whitehall & Prime Minister's street Subway or bus between sections (c. 15mins) or 30 min walk. City and Southwark walking: St Paul's Cathedral Shakespeare's Globe Tate Modern Art Museum The Thames River (crucial to London) Borough Market (closed Mon) (Tower of London view from a distance) For afternoons this is usually reversed. Afternoons typically begin at Borough Market after a nice lunch, working our way towards Westminster for a military ceremony near Buckingham Palace and the 'West End' entertainment district.

London has a fantastic public transport system, so let's use it! Everywhere is accessible by Tube or bus that you'd like to go. Use Apple or Google Pay or Contactless card to access the transport that normally caps at 8GBP in the tourist spots. So we can go crazy if we like!
Piccadilly, England, W1J 9DZ United Kingdom
Mornings I usually meet people outside the *Buckingham Palace exit* of Green Park tube station, by the Diana (not Lady Diana) fountain and coffee kiosk.
