Giants Causeway, Antrim Coast and Belfast Highlights

Kieron was so knowledgeable and took us to all of the highlights of Belfast, as well as driving the coastal highway to Giants Causeway. All of his recommendations as to what to see are spot on. If you are a Game of Thrones fan he is your guide. I even got to try on the crown used in the show.

We had such a lovely day on Keiron's tour of Belfast and Antrim coast! He met us at the ship and did our tour in reverse order than what he usually does because there was a large Fleadh festival in the city and he was concerned the afternoon traffic would cause huge traffic delays to return, so our tour started in Belfast where Keiron told us about The Troubles and his personal stories growing up in the area. We visited the murals, Republican and Loyalist areas and the International Peace wall and were astonished as to the recent history of Northern Ireland. He told us about films and shows about the time that he recommended we watch. He is passionate about his career and shared stories of being a personal driver for an actor during filming of a feature film. He showed us Glenarm Castle and Carnlough Harbour which were used as filming locations from Game of Thrones. We then went to Giant's Causeway and he played a delightful Irish legend about how it was built by an Irish giant. He recommended a great restaurant near the Causeway for lunch and gave us plenty of time to to visit the area. We then went to Bushmills Distillery and enjoyed a tasting. Even though the weather was not on our side, Keiron gave us a lovely day in Belfast and the Antrim Coast and we thoroughly enjoyed how personable he was and how much love he has for his country.

We were 2 couples who used Keiron and his service out of Belfast to see all the sights in 8 1/2 hours. What an experience!! If you have the chance to use his services we’d give a 5/5 in everything! We books months out and the communication was fabulous with an answer in 24 hours or less. We were able to schedule a time to cross the Carrick-a-Rede bridge, see many castles, learn so much history, the Giants Causeway and the peace wall. Even tho the weather wasn’t exactly on our side he helped us get the best experience out of Belfast. Do yourself a huge favor and book this tour!

Keiron did a great job. He picked us and all our luggage up at the airport and drove us to the Giants Causeway, along the coast and through Belfast. He had personal stories about The Troubles in Belfast. We enjoyed the tour!

Keiron was awesome! We enjoyed every minute of our tour. He was early to pick us up, and his van was very comfortable, including plenty of water. In speaking with him he found out we were golfers, so he asked if we would like to add in a stop to Port Rushmore, where the 2025 Open was held to pop the pro shop for some shopping (yes, please!!) Loved hearing that he was the driver for one of the Game of Thrones characters during the run of the show. He shared interesting stories, not in a boastful way. It was during the last part of the tour, when it came time to discuss The Troubles in greater detail that Keiron really shone. He has probably told these stories thousands of times, but the emotion he shared telling of his and his family’s personal experiences was heartbreaking. I would absolutely recommend him as a tour guide.
