Warm greetings from Athens, Greece! My name is Dimitris, and I am a Professional Driver and Tour Operator certified by the Greek National Tourism Organization in Athens since 2014 (license number 0207E70000780001). Please note that I am not certified to accompany you inside the historical sites. Originally born in Brunswick, New Jersey, I spent the first five years of my life in the beautiful town of Old Bridge before relocating to Greece. Throughout my life, I have developed a deep love for Greece, its magical places, and the captivating stories that have shaped its rich history. In my travels, both within Greece and abroad, I am constantly seeking authentic experiences and avoiding tourist traps. My goal is to share the beauty of my country with you, provide insights into Greek mythology and both modern and ancient history, showcase breathtaking scenery, and lead you to my favorite places to indulge in authentic Greek cuisine. Above all, my aim is to make you feel at home and create a memorable experience. As a person who easily gets bored, I constantly embrace new technological advancements to stay ahead of the market. Due to my limitation as a licensed guide, I utilize drone footage and 3D applications to offer a virtual journey through history before visiting the sites. In 2024, I plan to launch an app for smart devices, featuring audio commentary from professional licensed guides, augmented reality capabilities, and vivid reconstructions of major sites, further enhancing your independent experience. Now that you have a better understanding of who I am, I invite you to join me for an honest, personal, and informative experience in Athens. Contact me today and let's embark on a journey to live your myth in Greece! I am a professional Tour Operator and Travel Agent, licensed by the Greek Ministry of Tourism to independently organize and conduct excursions. With this accreditation, I am authorized to ensure the highest standards of service and professionalism throughout the entire tour experience. As a certified and licensed operator, you can trust in my expertise and capabilities to provide you with an exceptional and enriching travel experience in Greece. Although I am unable to accompany you inside the monuments due to licensing regulations, I am committed to ensuring that your experience is informative, engaging, and rich in historical context.

For me this best way to explore a big region of South Greece where public transportation is almost non-existing. The North area of Peloponnese is stunning as you get to visit dry seaside towns starting east, villages on forestry mountain ranges heading west to Olympia. The vistas are breathtaking, the food is great, the people are welcoming and the history is rich.
Day 1 -Isthmus Canal (short stop on the way to Corinth) -Ancient Corinth (1st main stop for 1-hour) -View from Acrocorinth (A short visit after Ancient Corinth before a 20 minute drive to Mycenae) -Mycenae (2nd main stop for 1-hour) -Epidaurus (3rd main stop for 1-hour) -Nafplion (last main stop, free time for 2-hours and lunch break before a 3-hour drive to Olympia over Arcadia to spend the night) Day 2 -Ancient Olympia (Main stop of the day / 3-hours for Olympic Games museum, Archaeological Site and museum of Olympia + 1-hour for lunch break before a 3, 5-hour drive back to Athens)
