Welcome! I am George and I was born and raised in Athens. I have been working for the past 25 years as a professional licensed tour driver all over Greece. My major studies have been in Computer programming and Economics. Since school I had a great passion for history. I also love driving and I would love to drive you around Athens and Greece in my clean and air-conditioned Mercedes van. I am a professional driver and can provide you private tours with all variety of vehicles such as minivan,minibus,bus and coaches I am a guide-driver but not a licensed guide .This means i provide many information from inside my luxurus 2015 Mercedes minivan we tour around but i dont follow outside,so i will not be able to walk you and guide you inside of the historical monuments.

Overview of your Athens tour
For a city with true beauty that combines the old with the new, Athens is it! We will start with the Acropolis site, a complex that includes the Parthenon, Temple of Athena Nike, Odeon of Herodus Atticus, Mars Hill, and more! Next stop will be the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Panatheniac Stadium, memorial of the unknown soldier, and the changing out Guards. Afterward we will see the Trilogy of Athend and Lycabettus Hill. Don't forget to take pictures to remember this beautiful trip! We will also go through Plaka. Here are shops where you can collect gifts and souvenirs at Monastiraki. Finally, we will visit the New Acropolis Museum where you can see the marbles of the Parthenon and a superb collection of artifacts and relics found on the Acropolis excavations.

Good tour. Got us to the Acropolis’s earlier than larger groups which was very important. It was a mob scene by the time we left. Took us to a good fruit stand and local restaurant. With Athens terrible traffic that was it was it.

George got us where we needed to go, including a nice local restaurant for lunch.. We were not prepared for the crush at the Acropolis. The time it took just to get to the top was unexpected. Frankly I would go late in the day to the Acropolis to avoid the crowds. This will give you more time to see other things in the time allotted. Thank you George.
