The tour starts from your ship or hotel. I will pick you up, with my car (Up to 3-4pax)and do a big city tour of Athens. This is a tour that gives you the best feeling about the city. The center of Athens is a 20 min. drive from the port and on our way we will visit the ancient Olympic Stadium, see the biggest temple in Greece for Zeus, the Lycabettus hill for amazing fotos, the food and the Parliament. Our next stop will be the new Acropolis museum, now globally recognised as one of the best in the world. From there we will stroll to the Acropolis. It is a must to walk in the Plaka, the old aristocratic residential area, and have lunch in a traditional restaurant with a glass of wine or ouzo. Usually, the weather is warm, sunny and pleasant all year round to enjoy your meal outdoors, even in winter time. Let me guide you as you explore the historic city of Athens in a way that will make you remember this tour as the best you have had so far. Any requests you may have or suggestions are more than welcome!
Diana is an outstanding guide. Diana showed many sites in the city and then took us to the Acropolis. Diana did everything she could to limit our walking. She would drop us off and the go get the car to pick us up. The Acropolis Museum is outstanding. Diana made reservations for lunch at a local restaurant. It was very good and we had a great visit.
Diana was very knowledgeable. We saw a lot of Athens in the short time available to us. The traffic in Athens is certainly a challenge, but Diana handled it like a champ. I recommend this tour and guide.

Wonderful day seeing the center of Athens and learning all about the modern city. Then … the Acropolis! Diana did an outstanding job of driving, finding parking and navigating the walkways all while sharing all sorts of amazing information. Diana is engaging, professional, knowledgeable and fun!
Our itinerary is flexible, depending upon your interests. From your location, we should visit the: Acropolis and its new museum and see the Olympic Stadium, the biggest temple of Greece for Zeus, the Parliament, the food market -Varvakeion, the Lycabettus Hill the Plaka district Lycabettus Hill if allowed! Acropolis is 30 euros and its museum 20 euros each. Return to your location.
