Hi! My name is Ioannis , native Athenian, grown up in this spectacular city. I love to travel, meet people and learn about their cultures. Furthermore, I have travelled to many places. Some of them are in North America, Europe, due to my previous job as an Export Manager. In my trips all over the world I discovered many hidden gems of the cities I have visited. That was accomplished due to locals that pointed out to me these spots. Now it is my turn to be your tour guide in Greece. With my help we will unlock the beauties of my city, day and night. I know all the "in" and quality places that Athenians love, so that you can have a unique experience. I also love the sea and I am spearfishing hunting from the age of 11. I had for many years a speed boat and I know where to have a great time swimming, tanning or snorkeling near Athens. Furthermore, I can lead you to great hidden beaches with turquoise waters where you will feel relaxed. My intention is also to share stories and tips and I am sure that you will have unforgettable moments and memories and ultimately you will feel as a local! We had a great day outside of Athens with Ioannis. He took us to so many interesting places! The description for this tour was spot on. A variety and mix of the ancient ruins and the charm of the coastal city of Nafplion. We got to see the Corinth Canal. Had time for a leisurely lunch in Nafplion. Ioannis is knowledgeable and a great guy to spend the day with. Hire him!
We had a great time. Ionnis was a great host, driving us to the sites and telling us stories about Greek history as well as modern day events. He was flexible with us and our timing at each site and we were grateful for his guidance.
We were able to cover a lot of ground in one day. All the sites were worth seeing particularly the ruins sites. I am glad we were able to see Nafplion and enjoy a pleasant lunch. Ioannis' vehcle was clean and comfortable.

Excellent tour! Ioannis was a wonderful tour guide and the itinerary was perfect. He provided substantial information on the history of his country while we were driving to the various locations. His recommendation for lunch allowed us a taste of location Greek food. Highly recommend this tour.
Prompt and courteous. Nice young man had lots of information about the area and the private tour was so much more relaxing than a big bus tour we took earlier in the week. Highly recommend splurge!
- I will pick you up and head to Peloponnese. - In about 1 hour after leaving Athens, we will stop to the Canal of Corinth for 10-15 minutes. - Then, we will take our way to the fortress of Mycenae. In about 30 minutes we will reach our destination. You will have there some time to see the ancient kingdom and the treasury of Atreus. - After a 35 minutes drive, we will stop at the ancient Theater of Epidaurus, where you can spend about 1. 5 hours. - After that, it is time to visit the most beautiful small town of Greece, Nafplion. I will suggest a nice Greek tavern to have a meal and then, if you like, we can tour inside the old center and even head for a great ice cream. Time spent here is about 1. 5 hours or more. - Finally, we will get the car and return to Athens.
