Acropolis and Athens City Tour

Extremely interested in what we wanted to do. Offered many fine examples which we appreciated. Came prepared. Highly recommend Jenny!!!

Jenny was an outstanding guide. She is friendly, personable, interactive and above all was highly attentive to my wife and I. Her English is perfect, both spoken and understood ( she teaches languages at the University). Her historical knowledge is extensive, but she presented just the correct amount of information, backed by illustrations, that we understood without being overwhelmed. We found the physicality of the tour easy, despite social media warnings about tours to the Acropolis. We found the tour a comprehensive summary of the essence and history of this iconic city and landmark. The tour was completed with a drive with Jenny which covered all the highlights we had hoped to see. Backed by Jenny’s numerous recommendations my wife and I had a lovely further 2 days exploring shops and restaurants, and the cities vibe. Can’t recommend Jenny, or this tour with her, more highly. Perfect to get the whole story of this bucket list destination, in a half day.

Jenny was extremely friendly, caring and intelligent. She is very well studied and knew all the answers to my son-in-laws questions. Also, my daughter is currently in a walking boot and she patiently guided us around (especially since the disability elevator was closed). I would definitely recommend her to anyone and would gladly tour with her again.

Jenny and our private driver picked us up and dropped us off at the Port Terminal. The van was a luxury vehicle. She was very organized, purchased our tickets to the Acropolis. She then proceeded to give us a wonderful tour of the site which include a lot of visual pictures depicting the original buildings. She not only provided insight and the history of the buildings, she also pointed out where the Apostole Paul preached and read scripture from the Book of Acts that described Paul's time in Athens. Back on the van she gave us a tour of the governmental buildings past the changing of the guards. We then made our way to Plaka where we walked the shops and streets and ate an original Greek lunch. The restaurant was clean, the food and service were excellent. Jenny is a great communicator and took a personal interest in knowing us better. Her driver, Reyna was also personable.
