Just an incredible experience all around. Its long day but SO SO worth it. Doing these two stops in the same day is the way to go in my opinion. Theordore's father Paddy hosted us and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and kind. The simple seafood stop on the way back to Athens was a great touch. Highly recommend this.

A long day, but most enjoyable. We learned a lot about the history of Greece. Our guide was very knowledgeable and told us about the history of Greece in a very engaging manner. He was also most patient and flexible and did his best to accommodate our needs. The tour lasted longer than expected because of Carnival/Clean Monday traffic, but that was no problem. And we enjoyed a most excellent dinner and appreciated the extra effort to provide us two favorite Greek desserts - baklava and galactoboureko
Fantastic! Sebastian was a fantastic guide during the entire 12 hour tour! My husband and I both have limited mobility, so some sites were a bit difficult to manage. Sebastian made a point to take us to areas that we could manage. This tour gave us the opportunity to see more than Athens. We enjoyed it so much, we booked another tour for tomorrow. Pantelis was wonderful. His car was very comfortable and his driving smooth. We enjoyed his explanations of our stops. The food was wonderful. This is a long day but well worth it.
Our trip will start from Athens and then we will drive to Thermopylae, where we will visit Thermopylae's Innovative Centre of Historical Information and we will see the Statue of Leonidas. Afterwards we will drive to the breathtaking Meteora, where we will visit a lot of monasteries, built on top of 1000 foot rocks, such as the Holy Monastery of Varlaam, Rousanou and the Holy Trinity. Then we will take a break for a coffee at Kalabaka. Driving through the beautiful stone villages of Arachova where we'll be able to stop so that you can take photos and buy souvenirs. After a wonderful scenic drive through mountains and fertile valleys we reach Delphi, located under the 3000ft tall mountain Parnassos. There we will visit the Archaeological museum of Delphi, we will see the Archaeological site of Delphi and the site of the temple of Apollo. And lastly before our return to Athens we will stop at Livadia, next to the river for a traditional Greek meal, that I will be providing.
