Sparta and Mystras full day private tour

Mystras is today an UNESCO Site, described as the “Florence of the East”. It is a Byzantine castle city. A place where you can understand Byzantine architecture and art. Here you will see a scene of grandeur from bygone times and you may even see knights moving around. In this place, which was an important center of the late Byzantine period. Here we will see the medieval castle and the walls, which encloses monasteries, churches, chapels, and palaces. Sparta is one of the most famous ancient cities in Greece, the city of Leonidas and the legends that follow it. Today there may not be much left to see, except for ruins, but simply the landscapes and the fact that you are in a place where the bravest warriors lived, worth the visit. We will visit Kaiadas, the cave where, according to tradition, the ancient Spartans threw crippled infants because they could not become warriors.
