Dallas was a last minute change and a very pleasant change. He was full of information and by the end of our tour felt like a friend instead of a tour guide. If you are looking for an AMAZING guide and driver, look no further than Theodore. He was by far the best tour guide we had on our trip. The knowledge, experience, and food that he shared with us was exceptional. He was able to answer all our questions regarding the local areas and take us unknown wonders that we wouldn't have ever been able to see without him. We wish we could have had a few more days with him, but we have already been giving his name to anyone we know who is visiting Athens.
Day 1-Our trip starts from Athens and we drive to Thermopylae, where we'll visit Thermopylae's Innovative Centre of Historical Information. Then we'll drive to the breathtaking Meteora. After a wonderful scenic drive through mountains and fertile valleys we reach Delphi, there we'll visit the Archaeological museum of Delphi, the Archaeological site of Delphi and the site of the temple of Apollo. Evening free and spend the night in Delphi. Day 2-Our trip continues to Mycenae, where we visit the tomb of Agamemnon, who fought the war of Troy. Then we'll stop in the beautiful city of Nafplion, the first capital of modern Greece, to visit the fortress of Palamidi, and have something to eat. Afterwards we'll drive to the archaeological site of Ancient Olympia and lastly before our return to Athens we'll visit the Temple of Apollo Epikourios. In each day the tour ends at 6:30pm by then travelers are free. Travelers also have unlimited miles for places, restaurant they would like to visit during their free time.
