Meteora monasteries Extended Full Day Trip from Athens

Our trip to Meteora was incredible. Upon visiting the first monastery, Jim dropped us off at the entrance and suggested a time limit. However, due to the many stairs, we almost doubled the time!! Jim was very understanding and then took us to another monastery that was easier to tour. The lunch suggestion was excellent! Upon our return to Athens, we asked him to suggest a spot for ice-cream. He took us to the perfect spot and then drove us back to our hotel!! He was very accommodating!!

5 stars. We booked a two-day tour to Meteora and Delphi with our guide Jim picking us up in Piraeus as we disembarked our cruise ship. Jim was prompt, friendly and a safe driver. His van was nice and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. These sites are not to be missed! Patricia

Jim was an incredible guide. It was a push to see Meteora in a day, but Jim made it a fantastic experience. Nice vehicle for 6 adults. Great driver. Super knowledgeable about all things Greece. He made awesome suggestions and gave us a true taste of the country. After seeing the monasteries, Jim took us to an amazing local Greek restaurant (no tourists!) where we had a delicious afternoon meal. Jim went out of his way to make sure our day was unforgettable. So polite and caring. Don't miss this!!

Had a great time touring with Dimitris. He's really a cool guy who's always making sure you're having a great time. Highly recommend going on tour with him if you're heading to Athens.

We recently joined Dimitris on a tour of the Meteora monasteries. Dimitris was very friendly and a lot of fun. We trusted Dimitris for providing accurate information and making that information interesting. We felt safe in his care and his grasp of English was very good. We had an excellent lunch and an overall very enjoyable experience viewing the monasteries. The view of the cliffs and the monasteries was not to be missed. We would definitely book Dimitris for future tours if returning to Greece.
