Welcome! I am George and I was born and raised in Athens. I have been working for the past 25 years as a professional licensed tour driver all over Greece. My major studies have been in Computer programming and Economics. Since school I had a great passion for history. I also love driving and I would love to drive you around Athens and Greece in my clean and air-conditioned Mercedes van. Due to a broad array of interests I can discuss subjects ranging from mythology, ancient history, culture and philosophy to modern Greek history and culture. I feel very lucky doing this job, which allows me to show you not only my country but make you feel as a Greek for a while. We can explore the city and the country the way tourists don't and visit spots and restaurants you will really love. I always try to customize a tour according to your special interests and needs so that it is an unforgettable experience. I am a professional driver and can provide you private tours with all variety of vehicles such as minivan,minibus,bus and coaches I am a guide-driver but not a licensed guide .This means i provide many information from inside my luxurus 2015 Mercedes minivan we tour around but i dont follow outside,so i will not be able to walk you and guide you inside of the historical monuments.

Our private tour will start with the Acropolis site, a complex of buildings that includes the Parthenon. Our next stop will be the Temple Of the Olympian Zeus, the Panathenian Stadium, the memorial of the Unknown Soldier and the changing of the Guards in front of the Greek Parliament. Let's see together the Trilogy of Athens (the Academy, the First University of Athens and the National Greek Library) and finally the Lycabettus Hill. Then will be the time to drive along the coastal line of Athens and after 1. 10 hours, we arrive at our destination, the famous Temple of Poseidon, Sounion from where you can see the fantastic panoramic view not only to the Aegean. We can have a short stop at the Lake of Vouliagmeni on the way back.
We came for a day tour from the cruise. It was the best decision we made in the sweltering summer heat to be in an air-conditioned vehicle. 6 of us, including teenage kids and elderly parents, had a great time. George was very considerate and told us about the history and facts of Athens that only the locals would know. It was a wonderful experience.
George was an excellent guide, driver and companion for the full 8 hours. We saw everything we wanted and had a fabulous lamb lunch. Highly recommend.

The tour was super good, our guide George was excellent, he made everything he can do to make us happy , we visited basically all the points of interest in just a few hours. George took us to eat at an excellent restaurant and waited for us outside the restaurant, giving us plenty of time. I honestly recommend my guide 100% He's the best����

George was a fantastic guide. He knew the best times to visit each attraction and we felt grateful to miss the crowds. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The place he took us for lunch was unbelievably tasty. Best meal of our entire trip. My boyfriend likes to collect a jersey or scarf from local sports teams when we travel. He asked George for ideas on where to find some. Instead, we stopped at his house and gave us a jersey from his personal collection - it was very kind and thoughtful. Thanks George!!!
