Delphi Full-Day Tour from Athens

I loved this tour! Nektarios was great, on time, funny and great personality. Because he's not a registered guide, he couldn't take us into the sites but during the long drive from Athens provided all the information we needed to enjoy and appreciate what we were seeing, plus lots of other tips. I actually prefer this approach for this type of trip, I can wander thru it without all the talking. He took us to an amazing restaurant with spectacular views and great food. A must-do trip, highly recommend.

Our trip to Delphi with Nektarios was a real pleasure. Our 2 hour drive to Delphi was easy in his Mercedes, and he provided an excellent video for us to watch on the history, mythology and layout of Delphi. Time at the site was totally at our discretion. It goes without saying that Delphi is a not-to-be missed site. Afterwards, we had lunch at a charming restaurant in mountainside village of Arachova. He played "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" video for us on drive home. Just a great day !

Touring with Nektarios was fun and easy. Although he is not a guide per se, he had a collection of insightful videos on the way to our destination. I would suggest though to book a guide for a major site - Nektarios helped us with that, even for sites that he did not cover on his tour, and the guides were also phenomenal!

Nektarios was a great driver and guide on our tour to Delphi. We had an amazing day driving through the Greek mountains north of Athens. Our time at the Hosios Loukas Monastery and spectacular Delphi made for a marvellous day. Our late lunch at a new Delphi restaurant was perfect - the view and the food.

Day two with Nektarios brought us through the beautiful Greek countryside to Delphi. During the drive, Nektarios provided great conversation as well as videos that helped us to understand the sites which we would visit. The day at Delphi, the Osios Loukas monastery with gorgeous mosaics, the nearby town and restaurant (delicious food and beautiful view), and the drive were a day well spent.
