Step back into the 1st Century AD and witness the dramatic intersection of ancient Greek philosophy and early Christian faith. Tour Highlights: The Acropolis: The "City Full of Idols" Start at the summit of Athens to see what "distressed" Paul's spirit. Mars Hill (The Areopagus): Stand on the sacred rock where Paul delivered his famous sermon to the Athenian elite. The Ancient Agora: Walk through the bustling marketplace where Paul spent his days debating with Stoic and Epicurean philosophers, bringing the Gospel to the heart of Athenian civic life. The Roman Agora & Tower of the Winds: Explore the evolving city center as it stood during the Roman era, visualizing the urban landscape Paul encountered during his stay. On our way from Acropolis to the Ancient Agora and the Roman Agora we will pass through Thisseio, Monastiraki and Plaka, which will complete the image to of how Athens of that time could be like.
