My name is Dimitrios and I was born and raised on the island of Salamis, next to Athens. I have been performing tours for years, not only in Greece but also in UK, something that helped me improve my English skills a lot. I have also spent many years of my life in Athens. Performing tours is not just a job for me. I am thrilled to show the gems of my country and initiate the travelers in our history and culture. History has always been my passion since I was a child, which was the reason I studied History at the University of Corfu. My history knowledge in combination with my driving experience and my desire to make each tour tailored to my client's interests, transforms each tour into a lifetime experience. I haven't stopped travelling as a tourist all over the world the last 10 years. I totally understand how it feels to be a tourist in a foreign country and this helped me a lot to improve the services I provide. I offer exclusively private tours to different destinations all around Greece, on a 7 seater MPV minivan (5 adults+1 kids-no luggage or 3 adults+1 kid-with luggage) My ultimate goal is the customers' satisfaction and entertainment. I will work around your interests and needs to provide you with the best tour possible. On this tour you will explore two of the most important ancient Greek cities, with really rich history: Athens and Corinth. You will see the Acropolis, the Temple of Zeus, the Panathenaic stadium, the Greek Parliament and follow the steps of Apostle Paul. You will also see the Bema where he made his speech to Corinthians, which is mentioned inside the Bible. A stop in Corinth Canal couldn't be missing from this tour either! There you will have the chance to admire the breathtaking views and take many pictures of this amazing sight! We will also be visiting the ancient site of Corinth, the most impressive and magnificent city of the Ancient Greek world. Once you book the tour, I'll be getting in touch with you to discuss the best times for that day to book the skip the line tickets for the Acropolis visit, which I strongly suggest to book in considerable advance to the tour date.
Dimitrios was very knowledgeable, and informative. He listened to our interests and made suggestions to make our tour unique. We especially loved the restaurant he brought us to, as well as coffee, and food recommendations. He also had ice cold water available for us as we were visiting on a very hot day. This was a wonderful tour! Of all the tour guides we had during our 10 day cruise stops, Dimitrios was my favorite! He was on time picking us up at the port in a new black Mercedes van. His English is excellent and he's so friendly that it made our time with him very enjoyable. We visited the Acropolis and had skip the line tickets. Dimitrios stayed with the car, but before we went on site, he showed us on his iPad exactly where to go, what we would see and some of the history. It made it so much more meaningful and easy to navigate! As we drove through Athens he pointed out historical places. We stopped at the Corinth Canal for pictures. Dimitrios helped us order a variety of Greek food for lunch. His choices of both restaurant and food were excellent! Once again before we entered Corinth, he showed us what we would see. He provided water and wifi in his car. Highly recommend!
Dimitrios was a great tour guide. He kept us informed of the pickup location was on time. His tour of Athens and Cornith was awesome. He picked out a great location for lunch with great food away from the hustle and bustle of the big city of Athens. I highly recommend using his services in Anthens if you are looking for a great tour guide.

- After picking you up from your location, we will make a stop so you can visit the Acropolis for an hour and a half. - We'll then head to the Temple of Olympian Zeus for a 20 minutes stop. - Afterwards, we'll make a 10 minute stop at the Panathenaic Stadium. - Next we'll drive by the Hellenic Parliament, the Academy of Athens and the National Library of Greece. - We'll then proceed to make a 15 minute stop by the Corinth Canal, while driving on our way to Corinth. - What follows will be an approximately 40 minute visit to an archaeological site of Corinth. - At last, we'll be driving back to Athens to your drop off place.
