Overview of your Athens tour
This tour is about a city where modern life and antiquity coexist harmoniously. I love to meander downtown, the sound of vendors calling out their fresh produce, the scent of aromatic spices, and the vibrant colors of fruits, vegetables, and seafood create an unforgettable atmosphere. We will pay our respects to several small peaceful corners where we can seat and enjoy a Greek coffee together with a fresh baked TYROPITA still warm from the oven. I love the fact that although so many things have changed in this neighborhood throughout the years in a funny way they remain the same!! The ruins of the Ancient Agora are more than mere stones. They are echoes of a glorious past. You’ll feel inspired by the grandeur of the temples, humbled by the weight of centuries, and connected to something far greater than yourself. P.S.Please, Don't have a big breakfast because it will spoil most of the fun!

We really enjoyed the tour of the Agora and Christina's commentary. A lot of the information here also served as a foundation for the subsequent tours we did. There is so much more to the Agora that I did not expect. We had just arrived that morning and perhaps were overambitious in scheduling a food tour, as we were not that hungry. However, we walked through the markets and did try a lot of local delicacies.

We had the pleasure of touring with Christina 2 days in a row. The first day was the Food Tour and the 2nd day was the Athens full day tour to the Acropolis and Athens City tour. If you are a foodie there is a hidden place in every corner. Tasting our way through the market, We will stop at a couple of places and enjoy some Greek delicasies. Before leaving we will walk through the fish and meat market and end our tour, mouthwatering treats like ' loukoumades ' honey-soaked doughnuts which you won't forget...
