Hello, my name is Yannis (John)! I live in Athens, I'm married, and a proud father of two kids. I've worked in the tourism industry for many years. The year 1000 marked a significant turning point in my life. I decided to leave my career abroad and return to my home country. Finally, I settled in Athens and reunited with my family, whom I had been missing due to my professional obligations. My goal is to provide my clients with reliable and worry-free touring services. I place a high value on interpersonal relationships and have successfully incorporated them into my services, which are characterized by professionalism and experience. I've been taking clients on tours of Greece for many years now, focusing on land-based tours all over the country. Let me show you the wonders of Athens, Corinth, Nafplion, Meteora, Sounion, Olympus, Thessaloniki, Ioannina, Zagorochoria, and beautiful, unexplored places in Greece. Exploring Greece with me will immerse you in centuries of history, rich traditions, delicious local cuisine (try the home-cooked dishes like the Greeks cook them at home), and breathtaking natural beauty. Greece is a mountainous country that never fails to captivate visitors. Charming stone villages, historic monasteries clinging to cliffs, rushing rivers, and dramatic gorges make it a beloved destination. And for adventure-seekers, Greece offers thrilling activities like rafting, river trekking, and diverse hiking opportunities! I use a fleet of luxurious, comfortable, and fully air-conditioned vehicles that are ideal even for the longest and most tiring tours. Whether you are a family of travelers, a member of a company, or a businessman, I can provide you with touring services that best suit your needs. Just book a tour with me, and I can assure you that by the end of our journey, you'll feel like you've gained a friend in Greece. I'm here to make your experience seamless and enjoyable, so you can focus on creating lasting memories! - Authorized by the Greek Ministry of Tourism, - Member of HELLENIC ASSOCIATION OF TRAVEL & TOURIST AGENCIES - Diploma in Tourism and Hotel Administration, - MBA in Frankfurt, - Attended various workshops and seminars in Greece, Switzerland, England, France, and Germany, all focused on the tourism industry. I am not an officially licensed tour guide, so I cannot accompany you inside the archaeological sites and museum. However, I have many fascinating stories I'd be happy to share with you!

The Tour with Yannis was the highlight of time in Greece. Our group appreciated his historical knowledge, and enjoyed our conversations very much. We all highly recommend this tour with Yannis.
We booked a 5 hour tour to ancient Corinth on our recent Celebrity Ascent cruise. The pre-tour communication was great and our guide met us promptly at the cruise port. The trip to Corinth took about an hour and our guide pointed out a bunch of sites along the way. We stopped at the amazing canal that connects the Agean with Ionian seas, then on to Corinth. Our guide was not an actual tour guide so he didnt accompany us as we wandered through the ancient ruins. We stayed there about an hour then drove up to the top of the Corinth acropolis. The view was amazing and I wish we had booked a tour of that site. I would recommend adding that if you are considering a Corinth trip. Overall a great day with a pleasant and knowledgeable driver.
Purely magical.
Yannis was wonderful. He picked us up on time and took us over to Corinth. We did a stop or two along the way, especially at the Corinth canal which is a must see. He was able to give us a good history of the area and of Corinth itself. He also got us up to the AcroCorinth which is now another place I want to come back and visit because we didn't have the time really to explore.
Yannis was punctual and extremely knowledgeable about the sites we were seeing and the history associated with them and all of Greece. (Note that Greek tour guides have to be knowledgeable about 10,000 years of history!) It was a great day of learning and discovery.
John did a GREAT job! He was on time, got us comfortable and settled in his lovely vehicle, then we were on our way. The drive to Corinth took us through Athens/Piraeus city streets, then through the coastal communities to our destination. He took us to see the Corinth Canal, then the archeological museum and ruins. After that we drove up the Acropolis of Corinth where we witnessed spectacular panoramic views. Then his special treat was to take us to a Greek Orthodox Church which featured an outdoor mosaic depicting the Apostle Paul in various settings. John listened to our needs and he really delivered! He is an exception driver as well as tour guide. We highly recommend him!
