Our tour of the Acropolis and Ancient Agora with Joanna was excellent. She was very accommodating to meet us at the alternate entrance which allowed us to see the Dionysius Theatre. We thoroughly enjoyed our private tour of the Acropolis Museum with Joan. She captivated us with her impressive knowledge of all the museum exhibits and the ancient history/culture of Athens. We start with. the Acropolis hill where we will admire unique masterpieces of ancient architecture including the Propylaia (monumental entrance),the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion (temple with maidens) and, of course, the Parthenon, the most impressive temple. We continue with the Ancient Greek Agora, the political, administrative and commercial center of Ancient Athens, where we will view, among others, the Temple of Hephaestus and the rebuilt Attalos Stoa Tickets should be purchased online in advance of the tour
