We took a tour of St Emilion wineries with Guillaume Ducasse on a Sunday in July. This is challenging because many wineries are closed, but Guillaume found 3 excellent places for us to visit: Chateau La Gaffeliere, Chateau La Chatelet, and Couvent des Jacobins. All produce excellent wines and provide for easy shipping for cases to our home. What we liked was that they could schedule shipments to arrive in the Fall when weather is cooler and when we are home from our summer travels. We purchased several cases and also purchase futures from one of the wineries. We also greatly appreciate that Guillaume made reservations at an excellent restaurant inside St Emilion. Guillaume picked us up from our hotel in central Bordeaux and then returned us with time to rest before supper. Guillaume was enjoyable to talk to, knowledgeable about Bordeaux and wines, and an excellent driver.

FABULOUS trip with William on the French Riviera!!! Or shall I say the Côte d'Azur!!!! William was so kind, informative, and flexible for our private tour. We got to see and soak in all of the amazing places that we desired and he even surprised us with the most fabulous lunch spot in Eze. This tour and guide are worth every penny we spent on a private excursion. Do yourself a big favor and book this beautiful tour!!!
