Bonjour ! I will be so pleased to welcome you personally in Paris, where I was born and raised. Notre Dame is the most visited monument of Europe. It was unbelievable that one of the most beautiful monument of Paris was devastated by fire in 2019. French, Christian and people worldwide were so touched that there was a fantastic fundraising and it paid for the reconstruction. Notre Dame is definitely the most beloved cathedral. Would you like to discover the history of this church from Middle-Age ? 10 minutes walk from Notre Dame, there is the Sainte Chapelle. With its colourful stained glass bays, this church is absolutely magical. It was built to house the most prestigious relic of the Passion of Christ : the crown of thorns. Let yourself be dazzled...
One of the best private tours we have ever taken. We've been all over the world and have done many private tours- and this one was exceptional. We learned an incredible amount over the course of the tour- and it was super interesting. Adeline is very friendly and super knowledgeable. My advice? Just book it. You will be glad you did.
Adeline gave us an excellent and informative tour of Notre-Dame and the Sainte Chapelle. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and although I’d been to both churches multiple times in the past, I learned something new from her. She tailored her tour to our pace and she didn’t stop us from lingering where we wanted to. At the end of the tour, she even recommended where to go for lunch - on the Place Dauphine, which we really appreciated because it was quiet and sweet and away from the crowds of tourists even though it was nearby! I highly recommend tours with Adeline!
Adeline was a fantastic guide. Our family group of 7 adults and 1 —- 3 year old loved her. So full kindness and compassion. Knowledge of the tour information gave us all a new perspective of the time period.
Had missed a visit to the iconic Notre Dame and Saint Chapelle the first time we were in Paris so we were very happy to see it with Adeline. We were amazed to see how bright the rebuild made the church and Adeline explained how the carvings in the church explained the life of Jesus for those who could not read so many years ago. We found our guide to be knowledgeable and helpful.
We had an excellent private tour of Notre Dame and Saint Chapelle with Adeline. Adeline is very knowledgeable about the architecture and history and she was really lovely to hang out with. Also, the line up for Saint Chapelle was nuts but Adeline got us in immediately with her credentials, so we were very grateful for that!
Adeline gave us a most enjoyable tour of the interiors of Notre Dame followed by a visit to Sainte Chapelle which was so beautiful and full of fascinating history. Very knowledgeable, Adeline directed us through the crowds to special points for us to enjoy her explanations of the renovations in Notre Dame and then on to Sainte Chapelle. Thank you.
