Thomas was helpful even before we came to Paris, offering suggestions for restaurants and areas to stay in long before our trip. He was flexible and communicative with our tour time as our flight plans had changed. We saw parts of Paris we never would have discovered on our own and he made us comfortable using the Metro, which was essential for us where we were staying. He even helped with an itinerary for our following day. Our trip to Paris would not have been so fabulous without Thomas’ help. He even took some great pictures for us. Our half-day food tour of Paris with Thomas Howard was a fantastic experience and one of the highlights of our visit to the city.
Thomas took us to one of Paris's best local food shopping districts, where we were able to experience the authentic flavors of the city the way Parisians do. Throughout the morning, we visited wonderful local specialty shops featuring chocolates, charcuterie, artisan butchers, cheese shops, bakeries, the most delicious macarons, fresh breads, jellies, jams, and so much more. Every stop was thoughtfully selected and gave us a true taste of Parisian life beyond the typical tourist experience.
The tour also included a stop at a charming local café for breakfast, where we enjoyed watching the city come to life while learning more about the neighborhood and its history. Along the way, Thomas expertly selected the perfect assortment of treats and accompaniments for a picnic, which we later enjoyed in a local park.
As an added bonus, Thomas sprinkled in a little shopping throughout the tour, which made it especially enjoyable for our girlfriends' trip. He struck the perfect balance between food, culture, shopping, and exploring the city, giving us a deeper appreciation for how Parisians live, shop, and socialize.
Thomas is friendly, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the experience fun and relaxed while sharing fascinating insights about Parisian food culture and daily life. He also made navigating the Metro seem effortless too.

From visiting your favorite local bakery and enjoying their specialties, followed by a picnic lunch the tour offered a wonderful variety of French flavors. A special mention goes to our visit to Le Bon Marché and its striking crisscrossing escalators—an unexpected and memorable discovery! Exploring with you made the experience much more personal than visiting on our own. A delightful way to conclude our trip!
Thomas was an exceptional guide. Brought us to fantastic hidden gems, the best French restaurant to get the most authentic food and then in the end brought us to a private park where we had a picnic. It was absolutely fabulous!

Thomas was a wonderful guide! He adapted the tour so it was fun for our whole family, including a feisty 5 year old! We casually mentioned missing seeing a neighborhood earlier in the day and he rearranged the tour so we could. He also sent a great list of further recommendations.
