Marie Diane was not only extremely knowledgeable but very personable and entertaining! She told history and art as a whole story and made the tour interesting for adults as well as kids aged 7 and 9! 💯 recommend Marie Diane. Also, the tours by locals platform was easy and made communication seamless.

We had the most amazing visit to Versailles! In the middle of the heat wave, our guide kept us so entertained with stories about the palace that we barely thought of the scorching temperatures. Marie Diane was a perfect guide for my three grandchildren. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I’ve been to Versailles several times and learned even more with her. She had every minute planned perfectly from pickup to drop off.
Friendly, organized and very knowledgeable
Diane was wonderful! We had 4 kids 12 years old to 5years old and they loved this tour. She was really knowledgeable, but kept it kid friendly. This tour made this such an easy and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this tour
- Pick up from your hotel in Paris (choose the pick up time that suits you the best) - Visit of the Palace of Versailles (visit of the State Apartments, the Queen's Bedchamber, Hall of Mirrors,..) - Visit of the Gardens - Return to Paris, and drop off at your hotel (the tour lasts about 4h/4h30 in total, including transportation) (A few important notes: * A lunch break isn't included in the tour. * This tour involves quite a bit of walking and stairs, with sometimes no elevators, so unfortunately it's not suitable for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users) (*For a last minute tour during the high season (May to September) contact me prior to booking, so we can make sure there is ticket availability . Also, the starting time of the tour may sometimes be adjusted slightly due to increased crowds during this time*).
