One of my favorite experiences is hiking Mount Imittos in Kaisariani—Athens’ closest trail to the Acropolis which is deeply tied to the philosophical and political history of the city, from Plato to modern times. I hold diplomas in Tourism Management (DIEK Piraeus), Traditional Greek & Mediterranean Cuisine (Le Monde, Athens), Mountain Guiding (HMGA), and Sailing (NOTK).
