HOLA! Welcome to Mexico City that once was called the City of Palaces! and still remains so. . . Many people believe that one of the best ways to get to know a place is one of the easiest - JUST WALK AROUND IT! Yes, Mexico City is huge , walkable and still unknown in many aspects by foreigners and even locals. As a Mexico City born I know the ways to get around the city and I have been working as tour guide since 2007 with people from all over the world and in different languages: English, French, German and of course Spanish. Also I have designed itineraries for visitors travelling on business or for pleasure. Having traveled to 30 countries in 4 continents becoming also a TRAVELER . I am one of very few CERTIFIED tour guides by The Mexican ministry of Tourism that is also a SOMMELIER (wine professional). Lived in France for a few years where I started lo learn about the fascinating world of wine and specialized in Traditional Mezcales. I have visited several communities that produce small-batch in the traditional way , have contact direct contact with producers and also support some projects to continue with a tradition that is threatened by all industrialized productions. I Love a cup of a cup of great coffee that's why I am getting deeper knowledge about Specialty coffee , visiting coffee shops not only in Mexico but also when I travel abroad Enjoy my tours Certified tour guide by the Mexican Ministry of Tourism (SECTUR) International Relations bachelor's degree by UNAM ( Latin America's most important University) Sommelier by Fundación Sommeliers Traditional Mezcales connaisseur Specialty Coffee connaisseur None

Take this tour that can only be done ONCE a year! This celebration is by far the most important for many Mexicans In no other country in the world the "Day of the dead" is actually LIVED like here in Mexico. It is a colorful celebration despite its name and when people remember their deceased loved ones. A mix of Prehispanic and Spanish traditions. This tour is ONLY OFFERED 2 days in the year : on the 1st and 2nd November, as people only go to cemeteries these days for the real traditional day of the dead
We visit a traditional market to see what people buy for these days to prepare their altars at home and what they take to the cemetery, taste the traditional day of the HOME MADE dead bread as here it is traditional to bake their own and families and vendors have decades and generations baking it , we also try some fruit, we may get some sugar skulls for home and may even get one with your name then visit a cemetery where you see how tombs are decorated , people bringing tons of flowers to the tombs, eating food and drinking. Experiencing this colorful , vibrant, respectful and even shocking ( for outsiders)
