As a group of four it was nice to be picked up in a large van with air conditioning. Ricardo was informative and patient. He answered all of our questions and was incredibly accommodating.

Photographs, movies, music, art, museums, travel, and walking are some of the things I enjoy a lot! Since I was a kid I liked history, watching documentaries and reading books. That passion grew in high school until finally, I decided to study History at the university. Also, something that I have always liked has been walking everywhere, allowing me to get to know better the places I go to. So my background in history, and hours walking around the city, make me a great option to get to know all the magical corners of Mexico City. As a historian, one specialization I took in my career was disclosure of history, bringing close historical knowledge to the non-specialist public by creating materials, tools, projects, exhibitions and, of course, guided tours. So I started to work as a guide just right after finishing university. First with school groups at museums, after with families, friends, and travelers on the streets, and finally I obtained the certificate from the Ministry of Tourism in Mexico Now I work all over the city, its museums, and the surroundings of Mexico City. What I love about my city is that you always have something to do, something to discover in its historical buildings, in the flavors of its markets, and in the people on its streets. Mexico City is the capital of this beautiful country, which is why it has witnessed the entire historical process that has gone through over the centuries. Together you will learn about its history, its artistic jewels in architecture and art, the social dynamics of its people, the flavors of the unique local Mexican gastronomy, and much more. Let me make your experience in Mexico unforgettable. I have a bachelor's degree in history by the National Autonomous University of Mexico and have been certified as a tourist guide by the Ministry of Tourism in México. I have taken refresher courses on archeology at the National Museum of Anthropology, in the same way I worked in this museum for 2 years. I have participated in historical dissemination projects, among them with the National Coordination of Historical Monuments. None as a guide I drive but I'm not a professional driver, so I usually hire a private driver to accompany us I only drive within the city, not on highways. For that I always hire a private driver

Excellent destination. Was just after the shooting earlier this week, so there was a lot of security around. Ricardo is a very knowledgeable guide, a visit would not be the same without a guide to explain the history. Highly recommend! We went with kids, 7 and 10, and the pyramid climb was fine for them.
Thank you Ric. Tour was fantastic. Kids learned lots about Teotihuacán. Ric was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great time.
