Teotihuacán and lunch at la Gruta

Ana was absolutely amazing!! What a privilege to have an archeologist as our guide in Teotihuacán!! We learned so much and Ana was friendly, energetic, and so incredibly knowledgeable. We loved every minute of our tour with her and I highly recommend her; it was an A+ tour!!!

My family and I had a wonderful tour of Teotihuacán with Ana Karen. Her knowledge of mesoamerican history was impressive but it was her thoughtful, easy to understand delivery that made the day both informative and memorable. Lunch at La Gruta was tasty and a lovely experience.

Ana was an amazing guide and made the trip enjoyable for all. We had a larger group of 7 including older parents. She was very flexible with our itinerary and truly went out of her way to make sure everyone had a good time.

We felt so fortunate to have Ana as our tour guide. She is an expert (archeology studies) on the circuit, and she knows everyone. Best of all, Ana is a deeply kind and empathetic person, and this feeling emanates throughout her explanations of history and our contextual surroundings. She has excellent relationships with people on the tour circuit and treats everyone with respect. Ana has a wonderful way with children, too! She spoke with our kids during the entire ride back to the city, and they begged to see her again. Luckily, we had already booked a second tour with her.

Ana’s Teotihuacán tour was hands-down one of the best parts of our trip to Mexico City. She was fantastic from start to finish. Her subject matter expertise is top-notch, but what impressed us most was her ability to bring the content to life. Keeping two teenage boys thoroughly engaged on a guided tour is no small task, and Ana nailed it. Her style kept everyone interested, curious, and involved the entire time. Beyond being incredibly knowledgeable, Ana was simply delightful to spend time with. She’s warm, easygoing, and made the whole experience effortless and really fun. Ana went above and beyond, providing recommendations for taquerias and tips for the lucha libre match later in our trip. If you get the chance to book a tour with Ana, do it. Highly recommended!
