HOLA! Welcome to Mexico City that once was called the City of Palaces! and still remains so. . . Many people believe that one of the best ways to get to know a place is one of the easiest - JUST WALK AROUND IT! Yes, Mexico City is huge , walkable and still unknown in many aspects by foreigners and even locals. As a Mexico City born I know the ways to get around the city and I have been working as tour guide since 2007 with people from all over the world and in different languages: English, French, German and of course Spanish. Also I have designed itineraries for visitors travelling on business or for pleasure. Having traveled to 30 countries in 4 continents becoming also a TRAVELER . I am one of very few CERTIFIED tour guides by The Mexican ministry of Tourism that is also a SOMMELIER (wine professional). Lived in France for a few years where I started lo learn about the fascinating world of wine and specialized in Traditional Mezcales. I have visited several communities that produce small-batch in the traditional way , have contact direct contact with producers and also support some projects to continue with a tradition that is threatened by all industrialized productions. I Love a cup of a cup of great coffee that's why I am getting deeper knowledge about Specialty coffee , visiting coffee shops not only in Mexico but also when I travel abroad Enjoy my tours Certified tour guide by the Mexican Ministry of Tourism (SECTUR) International Relations bachelor's degree by UNAM ( Latin America's most important University) Sommelier by Fundación Sommeliers Traditional Mezcales connaisseur Specialty Coffee connaisseur None

You will experience a traditional market beyond tourist path in a very beautiful and quiet neighbourhood either in Tlalpan or San Angel where most tourist visit only its Saturday market. A visit to National University campus is also a great opportunity not only to admire its architecture but also see how peaceful its campus can be with its natural reserve and impressive and modern cultural center or and I am sure that you will love the boat ride in Xochimilco and eating some corn, a snack or some beers, and even visit a Chinampa ! Visit neighborhoods that are often ignored by visitors like National university campus, Tlalpan and a highlight of Mexico city: magnificent floating gardens of Xochimilco with all Mexican folklore.
we can visit 3 of the following sites: - San Angel on Saturday with its colorful and lively Saturday market and some magnificent architecture and cobble stone streets or - Tlalpan downtown is one of my favorite tiny places in Mexico city with cobble stone streets that makes you feel in a little town! it has the OLDEST traditional local market in Mexico city that started to be built in 1898 and yes , we visit ! - I got my bachelors degree in International Relations at National Autonomous University of Mexico with over 300, 000 students that has a unique library with colorful natural tiles murals telling different periods of Mexican history and the Olympic stadium declared world heritage by UNESCO. - Ride a boat in Xochimilco floating gardens with a farming islands system created since Aztec times where Mexico city still produces an important percentage of flowers and greens for its consumption . Xochimilco was also declared world heritage by UNESCO.
