Overview of your Mexico City tour
Teotihuacan can be considered as the biggest city of Americas, and probably of the ancient world. Located 60 minutes northeast of Mexico city is the archeological site of Teotihuacan, that is a 900 hundred years old city (200 BC-700 AD), for this is the most researched prehispanic ruins of Mexico, and even though we don't know who where the people that build it. Together we can explore and imagine how this ancient civilization lived, through walking by the main avenue of the site, admiring the pyramids of the sun and moon and visiting the hidden palaces and mural paintings that are around the site.

Jose Luis is just fantastic. We went all in and had him do four tours for us. Murals, Art and Architecture; Cholula and Puebla; National Museum of Anthropology and Teotihuacan. The content of each seemed to build upon the others. We gained so many insights into ancient and more recent history. His knowledge is encyclopedic and easily shared! His English skills are beyond outstanding. The story/mystery of Teotihuacan is just amazing.

Jose Luis gave us a truly magical and unforgettable experience! Our day visiting Teotihuacán and the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Mexico City. Jose Luis is extremely knowledgeable and has a genuine passion for Mexican history and culture. He didn’t simply show us the sites, he brought the history to life through his stories and explanations, giving us a much deeper appreciation for everything we were seeing. Visiting the pyramids at Teotihuacán and climbing the Pyramid of the Moon was incredible. Our visit to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe was equally special and added another meaningful dimension to the day. Jose Luis provided the history and cultural context that made each place so much more impactful. Throughout the entire experience, he was patient, engaging, attentive, and made sure we never felt rushed. After exploring, we enjoyed a wonderful local lunch, which was the perfect way to round out the day and made the experience feel even more authentic. This was so much more than a tour. It was an immersive experience in Mexico’s history, culture, and traditions that we will remember for years to come. Jose Luis clearly loves what he does, and his passion comes through in every part of the experience. If you are visiting Mexico City, I cannot recommend Jose Luis highly enough. The history and majesty of Teotihuacan speaks for itself. Seeing the other sites of Tlatelolco and Tepantitla were very interesting. Our son in law really appreciated seeing the Basilica. Jose was a very good story teller in sharing histories.
