Let me introduce myself by telling you that I am a certified tourist guide (from SECTUR the tourism national Department ) eager to show the wonderful places, history, customs, art crafts and the delicious food of my hometown. I was born and raised in Mexico City and there are amazing places that we can visit; if you are looking for history, archeological sites, food, typical arts and crafts, you are in the right place. I've had the opportunity to guide travel in Mexico City and many other states within the country. Mexico has much history worth knowing; such as the prehispanic, colonial and contemporary eras. Teotihuacán is one of my favorite places to visit, since it's the core of the Mesoamerican cultures. We'll visit places where you'll fully understand why that city became one of the most important cities during the Classic Period. I love guide traveling because it gives me the opportunity of meeting new people. I can assure you that I will do my best in order to make of any of my tours not only places where you will learn about history but experiences you will remember for ever. I'm flexible to each visitor's requirements. I believe this job is constantly changing as it implies new information and discoveries, hence, I like keeping myself up to date with conferences and seminars. This is a 5 hour tour that I just love to do and I am eager to show you the history of my city! Mexico offers a wide variety of experiences like its history, the food, religious heritage and much more. Our tour will begin where the story of the city begun, that is; the archeological site of Mexico Tenochtitlan. In this place we will see the Templo Mayor, considered to be the axis mundi of the Aztec Empire. The imposing ruins remain now as silent witnesses of our ancient culture. There are a number of buildings to visit, a combination of the colonial era and the modernity. Join me in this wonderful tour, I am pretty sure that you will enjoy it as much as I do! If it happens that you are in Mexico City don't miss the chance to experience it. It is hard to believe that although I have been there many times, there is always new to discover. No wonder why Mexico city is known worldwide as the city of the Palaces.

Un excelente tour junto a una guía super recomendable. Alicia desde el inicio nos capturó la atención y nos mantuvo atentos durante todo el tour con la historia de México desde la era prehispánica hasta años recientes. Conoce mucho de historia de la ciudad, arquitectura y leyendas. Nos encantó que improvisó durante el tour ya que no estaba dentro del plan conocer las catacumbas de la Catedral, pero insistió en que valía la pena y definitivamente así fue. Alicia does her job with passion und she really knows a lot about her city and the impressive history. We spent two days with Alicia, the first day on a city tour and the next day in Teotihuacan. She showed and explained all the important sightseeing attractions and also led us to the hidden gems of the city and in Teotihuacan. Besides all her knowledge that she loves to share with her guests she is very friendly and supportive which means she manages all the little things which foreigners sometimes find difficult, for example ordering, paying, asking for information, etc. And not to forget Alicia is a very good driver, you just have to jump into her car, lean back and relax; she brings you safely to your destination. We recommend Alicia as a tour guide without any doubt and we recommend her wholeheartedly.
