We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Paul in Copenhagen. Although this was the last day of a 14 day whirlwind tour, he kept our interest peaked with his energetic tour of his lovely city. We had a wonderful lunch with him so he could showcase a typical smorrebrod open faced sandwich. We enjoyed his stories of his history within Denmark. We love this personal connection to the country that we are visiting and he certainly did not disappoint.
