Being a local with a long overseas experience (25 years in Asia, America and Africa) has given me the capacity to have a good feel for what makes Europe, Denmark and Copenhagen exiting for a visitor.
I live in the central Østerbro neighbourhood of Copenhagen. Whenever I have some free time, I enjoy riding bicycle or hiking in the beautiful nature surrounding Copenhagen and to explore natural, cultural and historical places.
I divide my time between being a tour leader to Asian countries, giving lectures about China, Taiwan, Cambodia and Vietnam and being a ToursByLocals guide in Copenhagen plus a few other things.
I am very open to customizing tours to suit your specific interests. My aim is to give you a unique, personal and memorable experience of Copenhagen, Zealand, Southern Sweden or beyond and that each tour will be different.
You can either book one of my published tours or send me a message and let me know what your interests are and I will customize a private tour matching your needs. We can go by private car, public transportation, bicycle or foot. We can explore nature or places of cultural and historical interest. Or maybe you are interested in seeing how the local people live? If you choose to go by car I will be your driver as well as I am licensed with a professional drivers license.
