We had an amazing day exploring Copenhagen with Ivan! He was such a wonderful guide and made our time in the city both fun and memorable. Traveling with three young kids can make sightseeing a challenge, but Ivan made everything feel easy and relaxed from the very beginning. He made plans based on both the adults and the kids - and was incredibly thoughtful in picking out places for lunch and snacks (best ice cream ever) based on what would work for all of us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared the history and stories in a way that was interesting for the adults while still keeping our kids engaged. We especially appreciated how flexible he was throughout the day. He paid attention to what our family was enjoying, adjusted the pace when needed, and made sure we were able to experience the city without ever feeling rushed. Pre trip communication with him was excellent, he met us promptly at the airport and we spent the next several hours getting the perfect tour that matched our interests and energy levels after flying all night.
