Pre trip communication with him was excellent, he met us promptly at the airport and we spent the next several hours getting the perfect tour that matched our interests and energy levels after flying all night. We learned a ton- his knowledge base is exhaustive. We arrived at our cruise ship at precisely the right time, happy we had spent the day with Ivan and looking forward to returning to charming Copenhagen some day.
