Hej! Discover Copenhagen with me, an authorized guide with over 10 years of experience in the industry. My name is Lavinia, I was born and raised in Italy, but moved to Denmark in 2014. A little bit about me - I was born in Italy and I have always loved traveling and experiencing new cultures. After finishing my studies in Italy, I moved to Copenhagen and I made it my home. I started working with the tourism industry in 2016, as a guide for cruise ship guests, and I quickly realized that I loved learning about the history of my adoptive country and sharing it with my guests! In 2020 I obtained my diploma for becoming a licensed tour guide in Denmark from Roskilde University. Since then I've been working with my own company "Copenhagen with Lavinia", catering to all types of clients from big groups, company trips, to individual travelers and families. The city walk will be coupled with the inside visit to Christiansborg palace and the beautiful Royal Reception Rooms, where the royal family meets their guests and throws legendary parties.
Your Copenhagen tour itinerary
This walking tour will take us to many of the iconic landmarks in Copenhagen. We will start at the current royal residence, Amalienborg Palace, we'll walk past Nyhavn and visit Rosenborg Castle, where the crown jewels are kept. We will wander into the pedestrian area of Stroget, see the beautiful Round Tower and explore the latin quarter before finally reaching Christiansborg castle for the inside visit to the Royal Reception rooms. As a starting point, we are meeting in the square at Amalienborg. We can also customize the tour by visiting Rosenborg Castle in addition to Christiansborg. Please note that the Royal Reception Rooms are closed to visitors when in use by the Royal Family. If this is the case I will contact you and we'll find the best alternative for you.
