I am Gopi, and the Netherlands has been my home for the last 12 years. I am a marketing professional by qualification and moved to tourism in 2017. My keen interest in learning the history of the country as well as understanding the cultural elements of the country that I call my current home, has persuaded me to start my own travel business. King’s Day in Amsterdam meant the city roads were completely closed, but Gopinath had it all figured out — an early start to beat the closures, then a seamlessly planned day taking in the stunning Keukenhof Tulip Gardens and the iconic Zaanse Schans Windmills. We enjoyed the day we spent with Gopinath touring Kinderdijk and Rotterdam. We requested Rotterdam because of our interest in the modern architecture there, and he planned a great itinerary that covered a lot in the time we had.
