I’ll share stories and insights about the city’s rich and sometimes complex past. During the tour, we can visit a museum of your choice for a guided experience, such as the Royal Palace on Dam Square, the photography museum FOAM, or the Museum of the Free Mind. Please note that booking on short notice may mean tickets are not available for all museums.
Jolijn was wonderful. We learned so much about Amsterdam and the Netherlands . Her love and passion for her home is infectious. She is a great storyteller and her knowledge and love of the art if the OldMasters was so fun to hear and see. We had a fantastic day .

Jolijn is amazing. This is one of the best tours we have ever taken. She started by giving a history overview and then we were all over the city. It was a complete tour including visiting the Rijksmuseum to see some amazing artworks including Rembrandt. If you’re ever in Amsterdam and want a great and complete tour this one is for you. Make sure you have your walking shoes on as Jolijn is a walking machine.

Our Amsterdam private tour was fabulous thanks to our wonderful guide, Jolijn. She was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. When the weather deteriorated, she quickly adjusted the plan, taking us to a popular café and then guiding us through the Rijksmuseum with an incredibly detailed tour that truly brought the masterpieces to life. Jolijn’s flexibility saved the day and her passion made the entire experience memorable and enriching.
