    First the hot air balloon is a must! Sunrise, misted temples, numerous fellow balloonists fill the skies. The on site touring guide, Carlo B. was trained in history (see his profile) and led a highly educational walk-ing tour, complete with a moon pyramid ascension. He then took us to La Gruta, a massive cave/ restaurant with excellent breakfast brunch options...
