An introduction to the city
If you are here for the first time and want to enjoy Venice at its best you need to become more acquainted and self-confident. On this tour we'll explore a little bit of everything before focusing on a specific museum.
Of course you cannot expect to learn all of Venice secrets in a couple of hours, but this tour takes you closer to the vibrant soul of the city and sets you up for independent exploration during the rest of your visit.
Let's get the flavour of Venice by walking to the main sites of St Mark's and Rialto, learning something of the past, the art and the traditions of this fab place. But let's turn also into some lovely hidden courts and off the beaten paths.
This tour lasts approx 2 hours during which we keep to the city centre.
Since this tour is customizable you might decide to tour in other areas, such as Cannaregio or Dorsoduro districts.
Venice is not a big town and almost everything is at walking distance.
During this tour you will be supplied with a useful map and are given infos about museums, exhibitions, concerts, where to eat, how to move around - and what to avoid!
