We absolutely loved our tour of Venice with Ermanno! He was born and raised in Venice and his genuine love and enthusiasm for his city came through the entire time. He was fun, personable, engaging and incredibly knowledgeable. Because he knows the city so well he took us through quiet back streets and hidden passageways so we were able to see all of the highlights of Venice while avoiding the crowds for a good part of the tour. If you want to see Venice beyond the typical tourist experience and learn about the city from someone who actually grew up there and knows its history and culture firsthand, I highly recommend a tour with Ermano. He was definitely one of the highlights of our time in Venice!
