Minu is a great tour guide! She is very knowledgeable and experienced. She is flexible and accommodating. It was rainy weather the day of our tour. Minu worked with us to adjust the time and venue to better suit the weather. She also was very understanding of my wife's mobility issue, making sure to support her at every place with steps or slippery footing. We toured the Doge's Palace. Minu shortened lines and use special routes and elevators to accommodate my wife. She showed us enough of the best details in this huge palace to use the tour time efficiently. Her explanations were informative and entertaining. At the end of the tour she took us to a very nice restaurant and made sure we knew how to get back to our hotel. Minu was especially careful in helping us understand the hotel's shuttlebus schedules.
