Ciao! I am Silvia. I am happy to "virtually" meet you here! This is a wonderful opportunity for me to let you know how much I love my hometown and how proud I am to have had the privilege to be raised in such a unique environment. Venice is totally different from all the other places you may have ever visited in your life; people here are different! Imagine fighting daily against the elements to survive on the water. . . well this is quite a challenge! I am here to help you to understand how this was made possible more than 1500 years ago! I am not only a Licensed Tourist Guide but a Tour Leader too. I have always travelled in my own life and worked as an inbound operator in Venice and all over Italy for more than 15 years, both things combined are definitely a "plus" because I have a strong attitude to problem solving and great experience inside and outside the office which is not always offered by the people working in tourism. I studied at the technical Institute for Tourism in Venice and then got my graduation in foreign languages always working in the tourism business since the very beginning as a hostess doing transfers. The aspect that I love the most about my job is that I always get in touch with new people and I can customize the tours for my clients: age, mobility issues, interests. . . it is always a surprise! All my tours are customizable, we can always make arrangements and adapt the tours to your needs before you book them. I hope we can meet very soon here in Venice or in the Veneto Region which has a lot to offer: art, nature, tasty food and great wines! NOTICE From May 1st to October 31st - high season - my availability is very changeable so I suggest you contact me before booking. NOTICE FOR TRAVELLERS ON A CRUISE SHIP If you'll be in Venice staying on a cruise ship and just in transit unfortunately I can't get any bookings. National Tourist Guide License 155 (exam taken in Ravenna) Tour Leader License (Venice Province) Venice Jewish Community Authorized Guide for Synagogues I am a licensed guide, no restrictions at all.

Venice is legendary, but during the day, its magic can sometimes be masked by the hustle and bustle of thousands of visitors. This tour changes the game. Set your alarm a little earlier and experience the true Venice. As the city slowly wakes up, you will wander through its most iconic squares and hidden alleyways in near-absolute silence. Watch the sunrise paint the canals in pastel hues, hear the gentle lap of the water, and see the world’s most beautiful city exactly as the locals do. This is Venice at its most romantic, photogenic, and peaceful.
Empty Iconography: Stand in a virtually deserted St. Mark’s Square (Piazza San Marco). Marvel at the breathtaking facades of the Basilica and the Doge’s Palace without a selfie stick in sight. The Bridge of Sighs in Solitude: Capture the perfect, unobstructed photograph of this legendary monument as the morning light hits the stone. Waking Up the Grand Canal: Stroll up to the famous Rialto Bridge just as the morning light glimmers on the water and the first Venetian delivery boats begin their day. Hidden Campi & Quiet Canals: Venture away from the main trails into the charming residential neighborhoods (sestieri). Experience the quiet charm of sleeping piazzas, sleepy local bakeries, and untouched corners of the city.
